ACC Cost Management: Budgets-Contracts Link API

Autodesk Build introduces a new API endpoint for linking multiple budgets to multiple contracts in Cost Management, simplifying the process compared to previous methods that required separate specification for each link. The main API discussed is the POST v1/containers/{containerId}/budgets-contracts:link endpoint, which is compatible with ACC and BIM 360.
